Wikileaks: A Step Too Far?

If you hadn’t already heard, ever-controversial “whistle-blowing” website Wikileaks have published a handful of government documents on Afghanistan. Nothing like treating the symptom rather than the cause, eh?

Off the coast of Somalia, Yemeni forces just thwarted a pirate attack; elsewhere, reports are that the U.S. has handed over a handful of captured pirates to authorities in Somalia, which is preposterous in its uselessness. Didn’t we just sign some kind of agreement with Kenya to put pirates on trial there, just so we wouldn’t be returning captured pirates to, you know, their lawless and uncaring base of operations? WTF?
