Jimi Hendrix’s performance of the “Star Spangled Banner” at Woodstock in 1969 is considered by many one of the high points of the festival, the 1960s, and the song, for that matter. Rock group Queen used to perform “God Save the Queen”, and their guitarist Brian May did so live as part of the Jubilee a few years ago. Has anyone ever done a rock version of “O, Canada”?
