Chemical Terrorism Vulnerability Information

One aspect of homeland security not often talked about is chemical security - specifically, chemical terrorism vulnerability information, or CVI, in government parlance. Once you go looking, though, you’ll find everything you might want to know on the subject, whose protection is taken quite seriously. How serious?
