Operation Deacon Documents

Without a lot of fanfare, the MOD yesterday posted a number of documents to their website concerning “Operation Deacon”, the 15 Royal Navy personnel detained by Iran earlier this year.

None of it is terribly interesting, save perhaps the radio logs of HMS Cornwall (“Freezer”) and the two patrol boats (“Rocket” and “Zoom”), available here. ‘FYI, we have cowboys, repeat, cowboys, beside us…’.

More Censorship, Sorta

A little over a month ago, I reported that the Marine Corps is blocking access from the TOR network of anonymous onion-routers, hoping that people would get sufficiently outraged to raise a stink.
