Encyclopedia of Ethical Failure
Some organizations are embarassed by and ashamed of their troublesome (ex-)employees, and wish to forget their scandals and move on. Not so with the Department of Defense, who shine the spotlight on “ethical failures” by their (and other government agencies’) employees, both past and present, in an entertaining little publication called the Encyclopedia of Ethical Failure. Point and laugh at government employees who misused their positions, hired their relatives, mis-used government property, ran small businesses from their day jobs, violated the Hatch Act in ridiculously trivial fashion, and much, much more…
