Intelligence Secrecy and Transparency

Marine Corps Blocks Tor

Every once in a while the internet community gets up in arms for a few days over some organization or entity blocking access from the TOR network; most recently, the subject was Wikipedia, which truly was old news at the time. Well, I think I can safely say there’s an organization slightly larger than Wikipedia blocking Tor – the United States Marine Corps.
