Via The Wisconsin Sunbeam, comes the tale of The Get Out Clause, a band - literally - of creative folks over in the UK, who gave a public performance of one of their new songs, then promptly requested surveillance-camera footage of the event under the Freedom of Information law. Having gotten it, they then edited it into a music video for their song. It’s either the most brilliant mockery of Britain’s surveillance society yet, a bit of incredibly thrifty twisted genius, or both.
