Into the Darkness DVDs
Melody Gilbert announced today that DVDs of her award-winning urban exploration documentary Into the Darkness will finally be available for sale in December 2007, just in time for the holidays. No word on the cost, but expect them to be available for sale on the film website, and doubtless other venues, in early December. Folks in or around the Twin Cities can pick up theirs at the DVD launch party, December 6th at Minneapolis’ Riverview Theater, at 7pm. It will include a screening of the movie, and - reportedly - live performances from some of the musicians featured in the film.
Word has it that the “Urban Explorers: Into the Darkness” DVD is loaded with extra goodies, including a bunch of footage that didn’t make it into the film itself purely because of time constraints. You know you want one…
